Transportation Week

This game is called "Roll, Count, Cover".  The preschoolers were partnered up.  They each had a board with pictures of different types of vehicles on it and had to roll two dice, one had a number on it and the other had a type of vehicle.  They then had to cover that on their board with the goal of covering the entire board.
For example if they rolled a 3 and a helicopter, they had to cover 3 helicopters on their board.

This game was called "Parking Cars".  The preschoolers took turns getting a car out of the garage.  The car had a number or dots on it.  The preschoolers then had to drive and park their car in the correct numbered spot.

iPad time!

We mixed up some Amish Peanut Butter on Thursday and the preschoolers spread it onto toasted English Muffins.  It was yummy!

Experimenting with ramps!

Each class graphed how they got to school on Thursday.  The options were car, bus, walk or other.  We counted up each section and discussed which had the most and which had the least.  For some reason, no one took a plane to school! ;)

Gentry's dad, Larry, brought his semi truck over for us to look at!  Each of the preschoolers climbed inside to take a look!
Awesome class picture!

Second Grade Buddies came to visit in the morning class.  The preschoolers love having them come read to us!
